Does OTHENTIC do General Cleaning like House Keeping, Post Renovation or Move-in Cleaning?
We specialize in Indoor Hygiene and Fabric/Leather Furnitures cleaning, Carpet cleaning and Curtains cleaning.
However, we do have collaborators and partners to provides Post Renovation Cleaning and Move In/Out Cleaning service.
How much is the service?
We’re always offer affordable service to our customers, however there are various of services we does provide and the prices are basically based on the service type, size and location.
Please let us know the details then our service advisor shall quote you our best price and apply the promotion rate if there is any.
What is your working hour?
Our customer service is contactable 10am – 10pm daily, however you might facing slow respond during high traffic, kindly leave your message via whatsapp 018-915 9800 and we shall attend to you as soon as possible.
For service appointment, our service crews normally working:
Mon – Sat: 10am – 6pm
Sun: 10am – 3pm
Subject to our schedule availability for special hour eg. 10pm, you may request upon ordering, we shall arrange accordingly.
Where is your service Coverage area?
We do cover Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley without any transportation fees.
We could assign our service team to some out-of-state cities too, with a minimum order requirement, or transportation fees may apply.
Is there any Minimum Spend Requirement for each service visit?
Yes, for Kuala Lumpur area, minimum order requirement per visit is RM180.
RM200 for the job in other area of Klang Valley.
Please contact our service advisor for more details if service not within Klang Valley.
Is your service crews Malaysian?
Yes, all our full-time service crews are Local Malaysian, speaks English, Malay, and Chinese.
However, we may assign part-time workers as assistance in some projects too, especially during peak season and low manpower periods.
